Effective Date: July 26, 2026
Moltrum, Inc. (“Moltrum,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the mobile game Rust to Riches (the “Game”). This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the Game, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
1. Information We Process
Information stored locally on your device
Your game progress, settings, restored cars, customization choices, and related save data are stored locally on your device. We do not currently provide player accounts or cloud saves, and we do not receive the contents of your local save file.
Deleting the Game or clearing its application data may permanently delete locally stored progress.
Analytics and gameplay information
We use Unity Analytics to understand how the Game is used and to improve gameplay. Unity Analytics may process: a randomly generated installation-specific identifier and user identifier; Apple’s Identifier for Vendors (IDFV) on supported Apple devices; Internet Protocol (IP) address and approximate location derived from the IP address, such as country or general region; device and application information, such as device type, operating system, language or locale, Game version, platform, and session timestamps; gameplay events and interactions, such as Game launches, sessions, play time, tutorial progress, restoration stages, selected zones and parts, customization selections, virtual-currency activity, completion status, and similar in-Game actions; and performance and technical telemetry used to measure stability and operation of the Game.
We do not use this information to identify you by name.
Crash and diagnostic information
We use Unity crash and diagnostic services to identify and fix technical problems. These services may process: crash logs, exception reports, stack traces, and error messages; an installation-specific identifier; device model, operating system, Game version, and other technical configuration information; and performance and diagnostic data related to the error.
We do not intentionally include names, email addresses, or other directly identifying information in analytics events or crash-report metadata.
Information you provide to us
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, and any attachments. We use it only to respond to your request, provide support, and protect or improve the Game.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to: operate and maintain the Game; understand gameplay, engagement, and feature performance; improve balancing, usability, content, and player experience; detect, diagnose, and fix crashes, errors, and performance issues; protect the security and integrity of the Game; and respond to support, privacy, or legal requests.
We do not use Game data for personalized advertising or cross-app tracking.
3. Service Providers and Disclosure
We use Unity Technologies to provide analytics, crash reporting, and related technical services. Unity processes information on our behalf to provide these services. Unity may also process certain information under its own privacy terms where applicable.
You can learn more in Unity’s Game Player and App User Privacy Policy:
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or complete a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Analytics Choices and Data Requests
You may contact us at support@moltrum.com to: ask questions about this Privacy Policy; request access to or deletion of analytics or diagnostic information associated with your installation, where technically available and required by law; or object to or restrict certain processing where applicable.
Because the Game does not use player accounts, we may need your installation identifier or other information reasonably necessary to locate the relevant data. We may be unable to identify data that has already been aggregated or de-identified.
The Game should also provide an analytics control under Settings → Privacy. Disabling analytics stops future optional analytics collection but does not automatically delete information previously collected. A separate deletion request may be required.
5. Data Retention
We retain analytics and diagnostic information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, subject to our service-provider settings, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security needs. Unity may apply service-specific retention periods. Local game progress remains on your device until you delete the Game, clear its data, or the operating system removes it.
6. Security and International Processing
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. Data sent to Unity services is encrypted in transit. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Moltrum is based in the United States. Unity and other authorized providers may process information in the United States and other countries that may have different data-protection laws from your country.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect directly identifying personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at support@moltrum.com so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
If the Game is later offered as child-directed or included in Google Play’s Families program, this Privacy Policy and the Game’s data practices must be reviewed and updated before release.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or receive a copy of certain information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent and to complain to a local data-protection authority.
To submit a request, email support@moltrum.com. We may need to verify your request and may deny or limit it where permitted by law.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, our services, or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date above and provide additional notice where required.
